Carrie has been helping people with organizing since 2015 when she worked as a personal chef. Her first task in the client's kitchen was to organize and make the space as functional and efficient as possible. She would work as efficiently to spend more time preparing her client's meals, rather than wasting precious time searching for cookware, equipment, and ingredients. Most importantly, Carrie ensured that every item, large, or small, had a specific place where it belonged.
Clients were highly impressed with her organizational skills and hired her to organize other parts of their homes, including closets, kid's rooms, offices, and garages. She also helped prepare homes for sale, manage moves, and downsize into the next phase home.
Carrie became a certified Health and Life Coach in 2021, and is dedicated to providing unwavering support to families during challenging times. With her extensive experience, she offers compassionate assistance to those facing terminal illness, grief from loss, and divorce. Carrie goes above and beyond in guiding her clients through transitional periods by meticulously organizing their homes and offices. Acting as a reliable pillar of support, she helps families navigate chaotic times by arranging personal belongings and offering comprehensive preparedness guidance.
MISSION
As a certified Health and Life Coach, Carrie specializes in helping you improve your health and wellness. She will also help you tackle the emotional turmoil surrounding clutter, and evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of holding on to things that no longer serve a purpose. By implementing new habits and systems, you'll be able to manage clutter and tackle obstacles more effectively. Additionally, the new organizational habits will give you more time and space to do the things you love.
The first step is to book your initial discovery session to discuss your goals for organizing your space.
THE PROCESS
We design a plan to make the process work for you by discussing why you no longer need certain items in your life, or how to better evaluate the pros and cons of "letting go" of things that are holding onto you versus you holding onto them. We will assess the function of your space and create a plan to improve it.

To create a clear vision, it is important to go through the decluttering process before deciding what solutions work best for your space.
IMPLEMENTING NEW SOLUTIONS AND CONTAINMENT THAT WILL WORK
Everything has a place where it belongs. What you use often will be at your fingertips. We are creating a clear stream of function and a place for everything.
Unfortunately, stuff creeps back into our lives and can grow on every flat surface, corner, closet, etc. Having new habits in place will eliminate bringing in more unnecessary stuff to clutter up your space.
COACHING YOU
When overwhelmed, it creates a blockage and causes you to spin into never-ever land or freeze in your tracks. We will formulate a plan around creating new daily habits, implementing systems in place, and fully optimizing your space for function and flow for living a lighter and more organized lifestyle.

Mental clutter refers to the excessive and overwhelming thoughts, worries, or concerns that can fill our minds, making it difficult to focus and make decisions. Often, we find ourselves overthinking every little thought, which can lead to a sense of confusion and an inability to know where or how to start clearing the clutter.
If you are suffering from overthinking your home projects, it can cause delayed decision-making, resulting in a chaotic space filled with clutter. However, there is help available, and you can take your life to the next level. As a Certified Life Coach, I work with individuals who are challenged with ADHD/Neurodivergent and focus issues. Together, we can create a custom program that incorporates special techniques to guide you through the process of organizing your space.
By taking small, attainable steps, you can overcome mental clutter and build daily routines and habits that will last a lifetime. By taking action and setting achievable goals, you will begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel and overcome the chaos around your stuff that leads to overwhelm.

These sessions are 1 or 2-hour sessions, deep dive into the overwhelm, the why under the why, and a step by step plan to deal with overwhelm.
