Carrie has been helping people with organizing since 2015, when she worked as a personal chef. Her first task in the client's kitchen was to organize and make the space as functional and efficient as possible. She would work as efficiently as possible to spend more time preparing her client's meals, rather than wasting precious time searching for cookware, equipment, and ingredients. Most importantly, Carrie ensured that every item, large, or small, had a specific place where it belonged.
Clients were highly impressed with her organizational skills and hired her to organize other parts of their home as well, including closets, kid's rooms, offices and garages. She also helped prepared homes for sale, manage moves and downsizing into the next phase home.
Carrie is a certified Health and Life Coach who provides exceptional support to families who have lost their loved ones. She has experience in assisting terminal clients in transition by helping their family members prepare their homes and offices with detailed and thorough organizing. Carrie works as a neutral support system during the chaotic times of organizing personal belongings and provides in-depth preparedness guidance to families.
MISSION
As a certified Health and Life Coach, Carrie specializes in helping you improve your health and wellness. She will also help you tackle the emotional turmoil surrounding clutter, and evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of holding on to things that no longer serve a purpose. By implementing new habits and systems, you'll be able to manage clutter and tackle obstacles more effectively. Additionally, the new organizational habits will give you more time and space to do the things you love.
The first step is to book your initial discovery session to discuss your goals for organizing your space.
THE PROCESS
We design a plan to make the process work for you by discussing why these items are no longer needed in your life or how to evaluate better the pros and cons of "letting go of stuff" that is holding on to you, versus you holding on to them and evaluating the function of your space and how to improve the space you have by creating a plan.
Working one-on-one with you or, letting us do it alone with your input, we will clear, sort, organize, and re-home your space for you. We discuss all the ways to assist you and develop the right action plan for your home project.

Mental clutter refers to the excessive and overwhelming thoughts, worries, or concerns that can fill our minds, making it difficult to focus and make decisions. Often, we find ourselves overthinking every little thought, which can lead to a sense of confusion and inability to know where or how to start clearing the clutter.
If you are suffering from overthinking your home projects, it can cause delayed decision-making, resulting in a chaotic space filled with clutter. However, there is help available, and you can take your life to the next level. As a Certified Life Coach, I work with individuals who are challenged with ADHD/Neurodivergent and focus issues. Together, we can create a custom program that incorporates special techniques to guide you through the process of organizing your space.
By taking small, attainable steps, you can overcome mental clutter and build daily routines and habits that will last a lifetime. With less chaos and overthinking, you can take charge of your stuff, get better organized, and feel good about it. Remember, it's all about taking action and setting achievable goals, so you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and overcome the overwhelm!
Minimum Session: Weekdays 4-Hours - Weekends 6-hours
These sessions are 1 or 2-hour sessions, deep dive into the overwhelm, the why under the why, and a step by step plan to deal with overwhelm.
