Carrie has been helping people with organizing since 2015 when she worked as a personal chef. Her first task in the client's kitchen was to organize and make the space as functional and efficient as possible. She would work as efficiently to spend more time preparing her client's meals, rather than wasting precious time searching for cookware, equipment, and ingredients. Most importantly, Carrie ensured that every item, large, or small, had a specific place where it belonged.
Clients were highly impressed with her organizational skills and hired her to organize other parts of their homes, including closets, kid's rooms, offices, and garages. She also helped prepare homes for sale, manage moves, and downsize into the next phase home.
Carrie became a certified Health and Life Coach in 2021, and is dedicated to providing unwavering support to families during challenging times. With her extensive experience, she offers compassionate assistance to those facing terminal illness, grief from loss, and divorce. Carrie goes above and beyond in guiding her clients through transitional periods by meticulously organizing their homes and offices. Acting as a reliable pillar of support, she helps families navigate chaotic times by arranging personal belongings and offering comprehensive preparedness guidance.
MISSION
As a certified Health and Life Coach, Carrie specializes in helping you improve your health and wellness around stuff. She will also help you tackle the emotional turmoil surrounding clutter, and evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of holding on to things that no longer serve a purpose. By implementing new habits and systems, you'll be able to manage clutter and tackle obstacles more effectively. Additionally, the new organizational habits will give you more time and space to do the things you love.
We spend our lives collecting and accumulating things through different stages. It takes time, care, mindfulness, and resources to create lighter spaces. I love helping my clients live a lighter life.

We design a plan tailored to you by discussing why you no longer need certain items in your life, We'll explore how to evaluate the pros and cons of "letting go" of belongings that may be holding you back. Together, we will assess the functionality of your space and create an improvement plan.
ORGANIZING STEPS
1ST
TO DECLUTTER EACH SPACE! THE CRITICAL AND MOST EFFECTIVE PART OF THIS PROCESS. THIS IS NOT ORGANIZED YET!
This step is the most important. Sorting items into groups of what will stay, go, or decide. ! It involves letting go of items you no longer use, want, or need. To create a clear vision, it is essential to complete the decluttering process.
2ND
- DESIGN SOLUTIONS AND CONTAINMENT TO HAVE THE HIGHEST FUNCTION.
Not every space needs additional containment depending on space and accessibility! This is the time to evaluate the decluttered space to see how to best fit items with the highest function.
3RD
- ORGANIZING ITEMS BACK INTO THE SPACE - RIGHT SIZING It's like a puzzle that fits perfectly. We work each item back to make it as functional as possible
4TH
BYE-BYE CLUTTER REMOVING ALL ITEMS FROM THE DECLUTTER. Decluttering Can take multiple sessions. Removing anything you are ready to purge the same day is important!

LIVING NEW HABITS TO AVOID CLUTTER
Unfortunately, clutter can accumulate again over time, taking over every flat surface. By establishing new habits, you can prevent unnecessary items from cluttering your space—building habits to put items away daily. We will build new systems to encourage daily organizations and keep clutter at bay.

Mental clutter refers to the overwhelming thoughts, worries, and concerns that can fill our minds, making it difficult to focus and make decisions. As a Certified Life Coach, I work with individuals who face challenges related to ADHD or neurodivergence, particularly with focus issues. Together, we can create a customized program incorporating specific techniques to guide you in organizing your space.
Feeling overwhelmed can create blockages that cause you to feel stuck or freeze in your tracks. We will develop a plan that focuses on establishing new daily habits, implementing effective systems, and fully optimizing your space for functionality and flow, allowing you to live a lighter and more organized lifestyle.

These sessions are 1 or 2-hour sessions, deep dive into the overwhelm, the why under the why, and a step by step plan to deal with overwhelm.
